What is HDbondage.tv and what is available for purchase?
HDbondage.tv is the best in High Definition BDSM downloadable content on the web. We sell individual videos for download
via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) through our purchase page. If you do not know what FTP is or how to use it, Wikipedia has an excellent reference, including comparisons of FTP client software for you to use here.
Here's how it works:
- THIS IS NOT A MEMBERSHIP WEB SITE. This is a store that allows you to purchase and download INDIVIDUAL MOVIES. Each movie is sold SEPARATELY. We plan to put out a new movie about once a month.
- You arrive at the site and view the movie trailer of the movie you want. You decide that you want to purchase and download it.
- You go to the purchase page and download the PDF mail order form. You open it up with Adobe Acrobat Reader and fill it out, select the movie you want and then print it, sign it and send it in the mail with your payment to one of our payment addresses.
- Once we receive your payment, we digitally watermark a copy of your movie with an invisible unique identifier that traces back to you in our database. The digital watermark is completely transparent to you and will not interfere with your playback of the movie in any way. We simply put it there to prevent and track piracy. The watermark is durable, and able to survive multiple re-encodings of the movie, so we can make sure we can track down and sue any individuals who attempt to distribute copies of our films. Durable digital watermarking technology is better than DRM (digital rights management) software because it does not annoy legitimate customers or lock them into a particular proprietary playback scheme.
- We then email you a username, password and an FTP server address where you can download your copy of the movie.
- You log in to the FTP server and download your movie and then view it on your home machine. Depending on what kind of software and computer you have, you can even burn a DVD of the movie to watch on your television at home. If you are lucky enough to have a big flat panel wide screen TV, you will be in bondage heaven.
Bondage Video Resolution and Quality
HDbondage.tv has the following goals:
- To produce and offer our customers a selection of the most intense, bizarre, original and surreal bondage themed movies ever created.
- To constantly push the boundaries of bondage content available on the web by offering roughly one hour long movies in near or equal to DVD picture size and quality.*
- To take advantage of the lastest video hardware, software, and encoding technology to provide the viewer with the most vivid experience possible, sacrificing quality only when necessary to keep the file sizes of the movies within reason (currently about 1.0 GB each), so most broadband subscribers will have the capability to download a movie in a span of time measured in hours as opposed to days.
Adhering to these
goals may require us to switch video formats, codecs, and recommended video player applications as the tools available to us improve over time. This will inevitably require our customers to stay current with the latest versions of popular viewer software on their machines in order to watch our movies, but we feel that this is a small thing to ask in order to enable us to deliver the best experience possible.
*NOTE: In certain rare circumstances, it may not be possible to deliver a bondage movie in near DVD or DVD quality because the movie in question was originally recorded to tape with a lower quality setting when it was shot. However, this is the exception rather than the rule. The only reason we would choose to put up slighly lower quality movies is if the movie is a truly outstanding "bondage classic" that deserves to be re-edited and released at the highest quality possible - perhaps selecting a movie originally released at 160x120px, pulling the master tape from our archives and then releasing it in an enhanced never before seen 640x480px version. Most movies released on this site will be new productions, however, so this should not be a significant issue.

Issuing of Invoices / Fulfillment of Contract
Once we receive and process your payment, you will receive an email from either an *@intersec.net or *@interseceurope.net email address containing a link to the movie you have purchased, your username and password and instructions on how to download your file. Once you receive your email, you will have a 5 day window in which to download your movie file. File downloading is logged, and if our system detects excessive downloading or multiple users connected at the same time using your login details, your account will be terminated, your money will not be refunded, and your IP address(es), email address, and contact information will be forwarded to the Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard blacklist/chargeback database to ensure that further piracy and theft of copyrighted material will become more and more difficult for you. Repeat offenders *will* be prosecuted in the USA by our partner, Intersec Interactive, Inc, and in Asia and the EU by Intersec Europe.
Bondage Movie Formats and Player Applications
One of HDbondage.tv's goals is to bring our customers the highest quality downloadable bondage video in the most reasonable file size. Video encoding applications are constantly improving and video player applications are also releasing new updates on a regular basis. Each of our movies is sold seperately, and at purchase time, you will be able to see what format the movie is currently being offered in. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the correct player application installed on your machine in order to view our movies. We will not give refunds once you have downloaded a movie. At the moment, we have chosen to use the following format(s) for our movie(s):
- AVI Format, encoded using the latest Divx 6 Codec (*.avi) with ultra high quality settings. This file format can be played back in excellent quality on both Windows and Macintosh using either Windows Media Player or Quicktime.
We have done extensive research and testing with various players and codec packs and if you intend to watch our movies on an external large screen video device we have found that the player that displays our movies with intense quality in widescreen is the Divx 6 movie player. You can download it free at the Divx site at http://www.divx.com/divx/play/.
You may have to visit the Divx site at http://www.divx.com/ to download the latest codec pack for your media player if your player does not download the codec automatically or already have it installed.
Try hooking up your PC to your television set and watching the movie that way. You will be blown away by the quality!
Viewing / Downloading Problems
We can offer very limited customer support related to movie viewing and downloading problems. If you do encounter a problem that you cannot find the solution to elsewhere, we request that you use our SUPPORT REQUEST FORM for the fastest response, as your request will be routed to the current staff member on duty, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We will try to address all customer support requests within two (2) business days, but we are often able to answer most inquiries within one (1) business day or less.
Refund Policy
We will not give refunds once our logs show that you have downloaded a movie file. Since there is no way for us to tell if you are telling the truth about having problems with viewing our movies, all sales must be final. Since we test our movies before we release them, we know that they will work if you have the proper viewing software installed. Make sure your computer is capable of viewing our movie in the format it is being offered *before* you purchase a movie. If you have problems viewing a movie, we will do what we can to provide you with technical support as we are able, but we have limited technical staff availability to help you. Usually you will be able to find the answer to why you can't view a certain movie if you do a simple search on Google for how to play a certain type of movie with your operating system, etc.
Bondage Movie Copyright
File downloading is logged, and if our system detects excessive downloading or multiple users connected at the same time using your login details, your account will be terminated, your money will not be refunded, and your IP address(es), email address, and contact information will be forwarded to the Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard blacklist/chargeback database to ensure that further piracy and theft of copyrighted material will become more and more difficult for you.

Do not even think about downloading a movie and selling pirated copies to distributors or consumers. We monitor distribution channels for theft of our content, and our lawyers will bring suit against any and all persons attempting to violate our copyright. Whether it is eBay or a European retail DVD outlet, you can rest assured we will find out about it sooner than you think and do everything in our power to inflict the most severe legal and financial damage to you as possible, even if you are distributing our content for free without profiting from it.
